Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 driver with a valid Driver CPC card? We’re looking for a dedicated Street Operative to join our team in Rochdale, operating mechanical sweepers and helping maintain clean and safe streets for the local community.
?? Key Responsibilities:
* Operate mechanical road sweepers and other street cleansing equipment
* Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any defects
* Ensure streets, pavements, and public areas are kept clean and tidy
* Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily targets
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times
? Requirements:
* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
* Up-to-date Driver CPC card
* Previous experience operating sweepers or similar vehicles (preferred)
* Good understanding of road safety and vehicle maintenance
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
