Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air source heat pumps, as well as domestic gas heating systems. Benefits: Company Van Fuel Card Competitive Bonus Structure Salary up to 40K per annum Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and maintain air source heat pump systems (primarily domestic, with some light commercial if required) Carry out routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs on ASHP and gas central heating systems Commission new systems and ensure they operate efficiently and meet performance standards Perform system testing and ensure all installations are compliant with building regulations and MCS standards Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Complete accurate job reports, certificates, and documentation in line with company and industry requirements Work both independently and as part of a team to meet installation deadlines and service targets Stay up to date with latest technologies, training, and regulations in the renewable energy and gas heating sectors Key Requirements: Essential: Proven experience in air source heat pump installation and servicing F-Gas (preferred but not essential) Valid UK driving licence Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Air Source Heat Pump certificate Desirable: Domestic Gas Safe registration (CCN1, CENWAT minimum) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent Key Words: Air Source Heat Pump Air Source Heat Pump certificate Heat Pump installer
