Care and Support Worker – Nights – High Haven
£13.56 per hour (nights) + enhancements.
Average 18 hours per week, with opportunity for additional hours. Shift time: 21:30 – 07:30.
About High Haven
High Haven is our care home at the heart of the Downham Market community in West Norfolk. The home provides short‑term and full‑time care and support, including specialist care for people living with dementia.
About the Role
As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices, promoting independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plans. You will work as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues and residents, participating in wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment. You will respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
