What You'll Be Doing
As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a big part in creating a welcoming and professional store atmosphere. Your day-to-day will include:
* Greeting and assisting customers with expert product advice
* Demonstrating devices and helping newcomers get started
* Handling payments, returns, and till transactions
* Keeping shelves full, displays tidy, and testers in top condition
* Working closely with colleagues to achieve store targets
What We're Looking For
We're after people who are:
* Confident and experienced with vaping products (at least 1 year)
* Friendly, approachable, and comfortable chatting with customers
* Driven to meet sales goals while delivering great service
* Well-presented, organised, and reliable
* Able to travel between Fazeley, Wilnecote, and Glascote when needed
Role Details
* Hours: Full-time (minimum 32 hours per week, including weekends; overtime available)
* Experience Required:
* Vaping: 1 year (preferred)
* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
* Location: In-person, based in Tamworth
