Job Overview
We seek a motivated leader with expertise in HR, organisational development, culture, and staff experience. You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement our People Strategy, challenge the status quo, and ensure a high-quality People Service.

* Provide strategic and operational leadership within our People Directorate.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
* Master’s Degree in HR or relevant area
* Full membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development or equivalent
Knowledge and Experience
* Senior-level experience in complex organisations
* Proven leadership and advising at board level
* Experience in transformational change and partnership working
* Understanding of UK employment legislation
