The Governors of North Featherstone Junior & Infant School are seeking to appoint an experienced and ambitious teacher to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced practitioner ready to lead our KS1 phase while also taking responsibility for subject leadership in Mathematics or English.

1. Is an excellent and experienced classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.

4. Has subject leadership experience or is ready to take on whole-school leadership.
5. Can coach, mentor and develop colleagues positively and professionally.
6. Has the confidence to lead change and contribute to whole-school improvement.
7. Brings initiative, creativity and a solution-focused approach to leadership.
