Description
* Prepare and analyse management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process to support business planning.
* Provide financial insights to senior management to aid decision-making.
* Monitor financial performance against key metrics and identify variances.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
* Support year-end audit processes with relevant documentation and analysis.
* Contribute to ongoing improvements in financial reporting systems.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
* A professional qualification or part-qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
* Experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
* Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
* An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.

Job Offer
* A competitive salary in the range of £35,000 to £42,000, depending on experience.
