Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP70,000 DoE
The Role
A leading design-and-build consultancy is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing team delivering high-impact water and wastewater projects. With the company s recent appointment to AMP8 frameworks, this role offers the chance to work on innovative schemes that enhance the resilience and sustainability of critical infrastructure for communities across the region.
Responsibilities
* Producing electrical engineering design across water and wastewater schemes
* Providing technical guidance to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Collaborating with commercial, operational, and construction teams to deliver efficient and safe solutions
* Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and statutory authorities to maintain strong working relationships
* Mentoring junior engineers
* Conducting site visits
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognised institution or working towards
* Strong technical background in delivering electrical designs in infrastructure projects
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
* A collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
* Willingness to travel to project sites across the South West
