Deanston Cooper's client, part of a Group of Renewable Energy businesses, are currently seeking an experienced Compliance / Sales Administration Manager to lead their sales administration team and ensure compliance within the Renewables and ECO4 markets. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive operational excellence, manage compliance activities, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Leading and motivating the sales administration team to achieve KPIs.
* Overseeing certification and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to MCS and the ECO4 funding rules and industry standards.
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales processes and customer service.
* Producing weekly performance reports for senior management.
* Managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records.
* Handling customer enquiries and feedback daily.
* Staying updated on industry regulations and training the team accordingly.
