Salary £45,000- £52,000 ( experience depending)


Hybrid 4 days in office ( Monday to Thursday ) 1 remote: the offices and people are amazing- you'll want to be there!


09.00- 17.00- Covent Garden

Our client – a standout name in the drinks industry and an employer of choice – is seeking a superstar PA to support three dynamic Directors. This isn’t just another PA role. It’s your chance to join a collaborative, inspiring, and forward-thinking team in an office that buzzes with creativity and ambition. Oh, and the benefits? The Role

In this diverse and highly visible position, you’ll ensure the seamless day-to-day running of the Directors’ schedules and wider departmental operations. From diary management to coordinating team offsites, your organisational skills will be second to none.


* Full diary management for Finance Director, Head of People, Operations Director
* Agenda planning, meeting preparation and follow-up of action points post meeting.
* Support people team on training admin, events and early careers programme
* Support MD’s PA with all local and international UK events
* Budget ownership & management
* Organise & facilitate Management Team meetings, including off site events
* Coordinate training programmes for the department


This is more than admin – it’s about making things happen. You’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly, while also playing a key role in planning and delivering high-energy, on-brand events that leave a lasting impression.


We’re Looking For Someone Who:

* Has solid PA experience supporting senior leadership
* Is a natural organiser and multitasker, always one step ahead
* Brings energy, polish, and professionalism
* Has experience in event coordination – from intimate offsites to company-wide gatherings
* Can build relationships quickly and work cross-functionally
* Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
