About the Opportunity
You’ll be the trusted partner for our airline and MRO customers across the EMEA region – managing relationships, driving satisfaction, and ensuring smooth spares order management for our landing gear, wheels and brakes, and braking systems. This is a dynamic role where you’ll coordinate with internal teams, resolve challenges, and keep aircraft flying by responding to urgent AOG requests. What you’ll be doing
* Manage key airline and MRO accounts, acting as the primary contact for spares and customer support.
* Coordinate with internal teams on logistics, supply chain, and credit management to resolve issues quickly.
* Monitor and control customer demand through order book reviews, delivery planning, and risk analysis.
* Handle urgent AOG requests, including RFQs, order entry, and delivery coordination, and support the global out‑of‑hours desk on a rotational basis.
* Promote digital tools and resources to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience in managing customer relationships with a strong customer‑focused mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and tools such as SAP, MS Dynamics, CRM, and Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation – with confidence in stakeholder engagement.
* Flexibility to support out‑of‑hours AOG management and occasional travel within the EMEA region.
