Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations
2. Develop and implement business strategies to grow company’s popularity
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, planning for company’s expansion
4. Monitor market trends, develop new products
5. Lead business development, strategic partnerships, and customer relationship management
6. Oversee the business development team to achieve performance targets and drive revenue growth
Requirements:
· Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
· Experience in retail trade is a plus, need to talk with Chinese-speaking shareholder/customers as well.
· Solid understanding of budgeting, performance management, and corporate governance
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, stay enthusiastic
