This role requires you to represent the company professionally, work to a high standard, and maximize productivity by undertaking survey and valuation work. Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct residential surveys including Mortgage Valuations and RICS Home Surveys Level 1, 2 & 3.
2. Maintain detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology.
3. Operate with strong performance and risk awareness within a regulatory environment.
4. Represent the company professionally and uphold high standards of service.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Be an Associate, Member, or Fellow of RICS.
2. Possess experience in residential surveying and valuation.
3. Have a passion for professional development and excellence.
