Our Women's Service in Cornwall is recruiting two Recovery Workers to provide high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. If you are enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about changing lives, we'd love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
Recovery Workers support clients in identifying their goals and creating tailored treatment plans. You will provide continuity of care through partnership working, care coordination, key work, and intervention delivery, managing an active caseload with respect and dignity.

Job responsibilities

Person Specification
Qualifications
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car, with business use added to insurance.
Experience
* Ability to build meaningful relationships and experience in health, social care, or related sectors is preferred.
* Reliable customer service skills, good organization, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
* Passion for the sector and positive client engagement are highly valued.
