We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to take ownership of a growing affiliate and influencer programme. This is a newly created, hands‑on role where you’ll drive performance through strategic partnerships, data‑led decisions, and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and scale a high‑performing affiliate and influencer marketing programme
* Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates and influencers aligned to target audiences
* Build strong, long‑term relationships with partners and negotiate commercial terms
* Manage campaign execution including content briefs, timelines, and approvals
* Track and optimise performance using key metrics such as CPA and ROAS
* Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights for growth
* Forecast affiliate performance and revenue contribution
About You
* Proven experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing within eCommerce
* Strong commercial understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS)
* Experience managing partnerships, negotiations, and ongoing relationships
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
* Proactive, self‑sufficient, and opportunity‑focused
