ROLE: QHSE & Statutory Compliance Manager
HOURS: 40 hours a week

We're looking for a QHSE & Statutory Compliance Manager who will support our London operations by ensuring robust quality, health & safety, environmental, and statutory compliance across all M&E activities.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain quality systems aligned with ISO and monitor installation and commissioning processes to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
2. Conduct inspections and audits on M&E systems and subcontractors.
3. Assist the Operations team in ensuring Statutory Compliance is maintained across all areas.
4. Implement and enforce safety procedures for high‑risk M&E activities (e.g., high voltage, confined spaces, hot works).
5. Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and incident investigations.
6. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and all relevant HSE legislation.
7. Work closely with the client's sustainability lead to monitor the environmental impact of M&E operations, including energy use, emissions, and waste.
8. Ensure compliance with ISO and promote sustainable practices in materials and energy use.
9. Maintain QHSE documentation including risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and audit reports.
Required Qualifications:
10. Degree or proven experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).
11. Proven experience in QHSE roles within M&E and a full and comprehensive understanding of Statutory Compliance within Facilities Management.
12. Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and M&E systems.
13. NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
14. ISO,, and knowledge/experience.
15. Experience working within a critical environment is essential (Data Centre).
