JOB PURPOSE The Asset Management role is responsible for the effective day-to-day management of a large and diverse property portfolio. The role focuses on driving value through proactive lease negotiations, rent reviews, and dispute resolution, while ensuring strong engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders. The position requires a commercially minded, MRICS-qualified professional who can manage complex property matters, deliver accurate reporting to senior leadership, and take ownership of initiatives from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Support with the day-to-day asset management of a large and diverse property portfolio. Handle negotiations on lease terms, rent reviews, renewals, and dispute resolution with landlords, tenants, and external stakeholders. Engage professionally with internal teams, legal advisors, external agents, contractors and stakeholders at all levels. Produce and present accurate and timely reports for senior management. Drive initiatives from inception through to delivery with a clear starter-finisher mindset. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED MRICS qualified Proven negotiation and influencing skills. Strong verbal and written communication capabilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organised, with excellent time and workload management. Comfortable working with a high volume workload, balancing competing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously Solid understanding of property law, lease structures, and estate management.
