The Role:
You will be responsible for planning and scheduling duties related to Sustainable Business, supporting various schemes. You will ensure the timely and efficient scheduling of work across all Sustainable contracts, liaising with contractors, engineers, and the Sustainable team, reporting to the Central Operations Manager.
Working within the Sustainable Business Unit, you will complete tasks promptly, aligned with installation plans, team KPIs, and targets.
This role involves multiple tasks requiring high accuracy and adherence to strict timelines. You will liaise with contractors, homeowners, clients, and the Sustainable Field team.
What to Expect:
* Schedule Evander installations considering resource availability and client needs.
* Coordinate subcontractor works such as asbestos removal, scaffolding, ventilation, loft insulation, and building works.
* Handle customer queries related to planned works.
* Meet all client KPIs and targets set by the Central Operations Manager.
* Report weekly on KPI performance.
* Optimize the diary for efficiency and smooth operations.
* Manage hotel arrangements for field engineers.
* Organize fleet servicing, MOTs, and repairs, minimizing business disruption.
* Plan ahead and resolve logistical issues impacting scheduled works, including goods receipt, movement, and subcontractor planning.
