Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Navado Talent are looking for 2 x Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join a tech recruitment agency, to work remotely. They specialise in placing candidates in the Technology, Engineering and Renewable Energy sectors across the UK, EU and US.
This company has a strong market reputation and is known for their organic growth, progression graduates and trainee recruitment consultant through to team managers and directors. This impressive growth is a testament to the direct training you will receive from the Directors.
This role will suit either a graduate or a sales professional with the relevant skillset, who is extremely ambitious and hungry to earn an incredible amount of money!
What does the role of a Recruitment Consultant involve?
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Utilising your sales expertise, you will win new clients and nurture existing relationships, source and liaise candidates, advertise current roles and utilise our market leading database to successfully place candidates into the most suitable positions. Due to the high-performance culture, you will be required to meet monthly KPI’s and targets and you will receive the full support of your Manager to ensure these are achieved.
What will you be offered as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
•£25,000 - £30,000 basic salary ote £50k in your first year
•Monthly lunch clubs to michelin restaurants
•Accelerated career progression to Director level within 5 years
•Trips abroad to locations such as Ibiza and Vegas including an annual Ski trip!
What skills do you need to be a successful Recruitment Consultant?
•Educated to degree level – preferred but not essential
•Resilient and hard working
•Ambitious to be extremely successful
•Motivated to earn good money
