As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be working to guarantee stock accuracy and control the daily operations to ensure delivery of material to our customers.
This role focuses on people operations and execution with focus on people leadership, competencies and standard working. One of the main responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor is to guarantee cycle count excellency in both on site and offsite warehouse.
As a Lead Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
1. Receiving, classifying, and stock incoming goods, this includes ERP updating, managing stocking conditions, and knowing "what is where".
2. Complying with the HSE & Quality policy for your assigned area of work.
3. Running day to day operations.
4. Managing front-line manufacturing employees, absence management, performance appraisals, recruitment, and any other relevant actions.
5. Developing and maintaining competency matrix and learning and developing plan for all employees.
6. Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures to guarantee standard working.
7. Implementing and maintaining regulatory compliance related to warehouse operations.
8. Running Cycle count or annual physical inventory in line with company guidelines; ensuring trained and qualified personnel are in place to perform CC/API tasks.

To be successful in this role you will:
9. Have a Bachelors in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar with significant experience in a Manufacturing environment
10. Have significant experience in Warehouse Supervision
11. Have proven ERP / WMS systems experience
12. Be able to demonstrate change management experience is essential
13. Have proven experience managing teams
14. Have good communication skills
