We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
* Assist customers with order processing, returns, and complaints.
* Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
* Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
* Excellent analysis skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
* Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
* A friendly attitude with a passion for helping others.

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,478.38 per year
