This is an onsite role for a minimum 12 month term. 35 hours per week. As a Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting a large-scale industrial operation, ensuring that robust H&S practices are embedded across the business. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Liaise confidently with senior business stakeholders, building strong and effective working relationships across departments. Conduct thorough risk assessments, audits, and inspections, driving compliance with health and safety standards. Provide expert guidance on all H&S matters, including incident investigations and corrective actions. Contribute to the development and implementation of proactive safety strategies. Support continuous improvement initiatives and help build a best-in-class H&S culture. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth. What You’ll Bring: Minimum NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent). Proven experience in a similar H&S role, ideally within facilities management, construction, manufacturing or maintenance environments. Strong understanding of risk assessments, audits, and Health & Safety legislation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – confident engaging at all levels of the business.
