6. Conduct site visits and gather evidence to support enforcement proceedings.
7. Liaise with property owners, developers, and other relevant parties to resolve issues.
8. Provide professional advice on planning enforcement matters to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Represent the organisation at committee meetings and public inquiries, if necessary.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Planning Enforcement Officer should have:
