Summary
We are seeking an Account Clerk to join our team at Llechwedd Meats Llangefni, Anglesey. This role is vital to maintaining our financial records and supporting our operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Handling cash.
* Provide clerical support including data entry and filing.
* Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
* Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* Collaborate with team members to improve administrative efficiency.
* Prepare reports as needed for management review.
* Support inventory management through accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Account Clerk or similar role.
* Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
