We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient bookings, updating patient records, and communicating with patients via phone and email.
You will also be responsible for assisting in patient consultations, scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment, and providing support and guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.
We require someone who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure.
