Our client, a Global leader in providing Outsourcing services, are looking for an immediately available Query Management Coordinator to join their team on a 6-9 month contract. The role will involve handling transactional queries and providing operational support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor, log, and manage incoming queries through Salesforce and Certinia platforms.
* Categorise and prioritise queries based on urgency, business impact, and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Liaise with internal departments and offshore teams (particularly in India) to gather information and resolve issues.
* Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of queries, maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
* Document query resolutions and contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and FAQs.
* Supporting team with Month end process as necessary
* Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in a query management, customer service, or operations support role.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) is essential .
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
