Job Overview
Medical Recruitment is searching for a team member to join our recruitment service. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Recruitment Team, with a focus on medical and dental staff recruitment. The role requires excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise work in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Key duties include:
* Providing administrative support for medical and dental recruitment processes.
* Managing data entry and maintaining up‑to‑date records in spreadsheets and applicant tracking systems (TRAC).
* Co‑ordinating interview schedules and supporting the recruitment team throughout the appointment cycle.
* Ensuring accurate and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
* Assisting with any other tasks required by the recruitment team to meet service delivery goals.
Qualifications
Education and Training – Essential
* Minimum GCSE English Language & Maths or equivalent.
* Working knowledge of a wide range of secretarial procedures, including email, internet, filing systems and Microsoft Office.
Desirable
* Basic knowledge of NHS medical and dental terms and conditions.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., TRAC).
* Committee support experience (e.g., minute‑taking, agenda preparation).
* Previous experience delivering recruitment or HR services.
Experience

* Experience in a secretarial/administrative setting.
Desirable
