We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Graduate Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors for secondary schools across Salford, Bolton, and Bury. These roles are ideal for aspiring teachers looking to build classroom experience, develop confidence in school environments, and make a real impact on learning.
* Graduate Teaching Assistant: Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis, helping with classroom activities, behaviour management, and providing additional support for pupils with SEND.
* Cover Supervisor: Supervising lessons in the absence of the class teacher, managing behaviour, delivering pre-set work, and ensuring a positive learning environment
* Recent graduates with a strong academic background (particularly in core subjects or education-related fields)
* Previous experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, tutoring, coaching, or youth work) is highly desirable
* Confident, adaptable, and professional individuals who can engage and motivate students
* A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education
* A current enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
* Ability to provide recent and relevant references
* Full-time roles starting ASAP or from September 2025
