About the role
Our Assistant Managers work closely with Store Managers to drive store success through sales, KPIs, and team development. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team in an environment where product knowledge and passion for the outdoors are key. Ensuring a well-presented store and delivering exceptional customer service are essential—our team members are passionate Brand Ambassadors.
About you
We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, excellent organizational skills, a strong commercial mindset, and flair for visual merchandising. Clothing experience is a plus but not essential. An enthusiastic, hands-on attitude is important!
