Property Development Legal Secretary
This full-time, on-site role requires managing daily administrative and clerical tasks, including preparing legal documents and contracts related to property development matters. The Legal Secretary assists legal professionals, maintains and organizes legal files, and ensures effective diary management for the team. Collaboration with lawyers and clients, as well as time-sensitive documentation handling, are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of legal procedures, particularly in property development, and familiarity with legal document preparation.
* Experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role, with a solid understanding of administrative requirements.
* Proficiency in clerical tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling, and office organization.
* Demonstrated skills in diary management and the ability to coordinate schedules effectively for legal teams.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and organizational ability.
* Proficiency with office software, including word processing and legal documentation tools.
* Prior experience in property development or real estate law is an advantage.
