Role: Communications Executive

Location: Bolton

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 2-3 days a week in the office.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

About you:

The Communications Executive will play a handson, creative role in delivering clear, engaging, and consistent internal communications across the business. You will produce highquality contentincluding copywriting, newsletters, desktop visuals, posters, and internal campaignsthat helps colleagues understand key updates, celebrate success, and feel proud to be part of SpaMedica.

Working closely with the Communications Manager, you will gather stories from across our hospitals and other locations, bring our values to life through compelling communication, and support colleagues with daytoday comms needs. This role is central to strengthening our culture, improving employee experience, and reinforcing a shared sense of purpose across head office and clinical teams.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone enthusiastic, curious, and eager to grow within a fast-moving organisation. While experience in communications is beneficial, we are equally interested in your creativity, energy, and passion for helping people feel connected, valued, and informed.
