Sales/Scheduling Administrator - Sutton £22,000-£25,000
Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a company in Sutton who are seeking a Scheduling Administrator to join their team. They are looking for someone who has at least one year experience within an administration/ customer service role.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Scheduling work with new and existing customers
* Liaising with customers and able to capture all information and process the booking of works
* Maintaining customer relationships and able to make decisions and can prioritise workload
* Providing administration duties
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following:
* Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), with minimum 5 grade A-C to include Maths and English
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Minimum 1 year experience of Customer Service and/or Administration
* Accuracy and attention to detail
