The Opportunity
This marks the beginning of an exciting new phase for Roczen, and we're seeking a talented
Health Coach
who is eager to play a foundational role in a rapidly growing service.
You'll initially focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred coaching to patients as part of a holistic, digital-first lifestyle programme. This is the ideal role for someone passionate about patient care and who also wants to gain operational experience while contributing to shaping a high-performing, safe, and scalable coaching service.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver 1:1 health coaching aligned with the Roczen programme.
* Guide patients through behaviour change, self-monitoring tools and ongoing support.
* Identify and escalate any clinical or safeguarding concerns in line with internal protocols.
* Collaborate closely with clinicians and mentors to ensure joined-up care.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum level 3 qualification in a health-related subject (e.g. BSc Nutrition; Level 3 Diploma in Health Coaching).
* Passionate about delivering compassionate, effective and safe patient care.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working in a remote-first team.
* A growth mindset and eagerness to contribute beyond the day-to-day coaching role.
* Comfortable with digital tools, systems and record keeping in a clinical context.
Desirable:
* Experience in a health coaching, wellbeing or behaviour change role.
* Experience supporting patients with obesity and chronic health conditions
* Skilled in behaviour change techniques such as CBT and motivational interviewing
* Experience working in digital or remote health programmes.
