WHAT YOU'LL NEED
11. Experience in a similar role in a high quality kitchen
12. Willingness for progression to the next step within back-of-house operation
13. Ability to contribute to menus developments, recipes and their specs
14. Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
15. Experience with staff training and development
16. Experience with ordering and stock and cost margins control
