Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Operator to join our Client's manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components. (Fanuc)
The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in engineering or manufacturing to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
1. Operation of CNC milling machines to produce complex parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
2. Interpret technical drawings and CAD files, utilising SolidWorks and other CAD software as needed (desirable)
3. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
4. Select appropriate tooling and fixtures for each job, ensuring precision and safety standards are met.
5. Conduct grinding, deburring, and assembly tasks as required to support the team.
6. Utilise hand tools and power tools for minor adjustments or repairs during production.
7. Apply basic maths skills for measurements, tolerances, and calculations related to machining processes.
