We are currently working with an established housing association based in South Wales that is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join a new team. With this role there is the benefit of remote working and a matched pension contribution. If you are an experienced Digital Systems Manager this role may be for you.
IT Manager
Salary: From £47,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
As IT Manager you will be working on the Contract Support Team assisting with:
1. Chasing quotations and works, following up on jobs
2. Liaising with various internal departments to develop and carryout new opportunities
3. Sorting PO's, ordering parts and organising invoices where required
4. General administration duties
5. Working closely with the service manager to upkeep high level of service provided
6. Scheduling work, ensuring diaries are maintained with accurate information
7. Maintaining and creating strong relationships with customers, attending meetings and visits
8. Main point of contact for customers and clients, managing and improving the way operations are run
To be successful in this IT Manager role you will need:
9. Managerial experience
10. Vast experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platforms & Azure
11. Experience working within a housing association
12. Experience leading software development projects
