Support Worker – Monmouth
Hours: Day shifts between 7am–8pm | Sleep-in shifts 3pm–11pm + sleep-in overnight
We are looking for full time support worker for a temp to perm opportunity at a well-established supported living site in Monmouth!
What the Role Involves:
5. Providing person-centred support to individuals in their homes, the local community and supported living sites
6. Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
7. Encouraging independence and community engagement
8. Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing
9. Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
What We’re Looking For:
10. Experience in supported living or community-based care
11. A full UK driving licence (essential for community support)
12. A current enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
Shift Details:
13. Day shifts: Between 7am and 8pm
14. Sleep-in shifts: 3pm to 11pm, followed by a sleep-in overnight
