Job Title: Project Manager International Recruitment (Social Care) Location: Twickenham - Hybrid working (1 day in office per week) Hourly rate £23.85 PAYE / £31.64 Umbrella per hour Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension) Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours ASAP Start The Role We're looking for an experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Social Care International Recruitment Programme. Funded by the Department of Health and Social Care, this programme supports ethical recruitment practices and provides vital support to internationally recruited care workers across South West London. You'll be at the heart of a high-impact initiative, working with local authorities, care providers, UKVI, London ADASS, and the voluntary sector to ensure displaced care workers are supported and ethical employment is championed. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery aligns with DHSC grant requirements. Develop and implement a robust delivery plan, tracking progress and managing risks. Commission and oversee delivery partners, ensuring effective procurement and contract management. Engage and support care providers in ethical recruitment practices. Design and deliver a pastoral support package for displaced international care workers. Coordinate training and development opportunities for care workers to support career progression. Act as the key liaison with UKVI, DHSC, and other stakeholders. Line manage a Project Support Officer and foster a collaborative team environment.About You You are a confident project leader with: Proven experience managing complex, cross-sector programmes. Strong knowledge of adult social care systems and workforce challenges. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate. A commitment to ethical practices, diversity, and inclusion.Essential Requirements Degree-level education or equivalent experience. Strong project management and organisational skills. Experience working with social care or workforce development initiatives. Understanding of employment and immigration issues in health and care.
