A leading digital transformation specialist is expanding its Salesforce capability and hiring a Salesforce Technology Lead to shape, drive, and lead major public sector and enterprise programmes. This is your opportunity to steer mission-critical solutions for government and commercial clients while building a high-performance Salesforce practice from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
• Define technical strategy across Salesforce programmes and client portfolios.
• Lead architectural decisions on complex multi-cloud, AI-driven, and public-sector aligned solutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-level stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor high-performing Salesforce teams and drive talent development.
• Collaborate with sales teams on bids, proposals, and framework opportunities (G-Cloud, DOS, TS3).
• Represent Kainos in the Salesforce ecosystem as a thought leader and public-facing advocate.
• Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with UK Government standards.
Requirements
• Proven track record leading large-scale Salesforce implementations (public sector preferred).
• Experience engaging at Director/CxO level in delivery or advisory roles.
• Expertise across Salesforce clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.
• Strong grasp of SaaS delivery models and secure cloud architectures.
• Certified Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect (CTA preferred).
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and integrations with legacy systems.
• Familiarity with UK public sector compliance (NCSC, ISO 27001, GDS).
• Strong commercial and leadership experience in cross-functional delivery teams.
• Eligible for SC or DV clearance (active clearance desirable).
