We offer a dynamic two-year Graduate Programme - an exceptional launchpad for your career as a future Chartered Mechanical Building Services Engineer. Our program uniquely combines technical expertise with professional development through two enriching learning journeys. You\'ll dive into hands-on experiences alongside our industry-leading teams, equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge to thrive in your engineering career. From day one, you\'ll benefit from a personalised on-the-job training plan tailored to the Mechanical Building Services department. This approach will not only allow you to apply your technical knowledge in real-world settings but also provide ongoing support from experienced professionals. You’ll actively contribute to a variety of projects, gaining invaluable experience every step of the way. We are also committed to enhancing your essential soft skills, ensuring you develop a well-rounded skill set that complements your technical abilities with effective communication, collaboration, and leadership.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Creating design of building services systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning to deliver projects that meet client specifications and end-user needs.
* Enhancing your technical skills through design calculations, industry software tools and ensuring designs meet the highest standards.
* Attending project meetings with clients/contractors, conducting site visits for inspections or surveys.

Qualifications

* Achieving a relevant engineering degree, such as Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
