Location: Various localities (travel required) Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: £30,000 per annum Reports to: Director of Support Services Closing Date: 26 November 2025 Partners for Inclusion has an exciting opportunity for a new role as Practice and Development Leader within our Support Services team. This role has been created to strengthen team resilience, support change, and promote high-quality, person-led practice across the organisation. Working alongside Service Leaders, Senior Service Leaders, and Area Managers, you will help ensure that our services continue to reflect our values and deliver excellent outcomes for the people we support. Key Responsibilities • Strengthen team capacity, self-organisation, and resilience • Provide hands-on guidance during times of change or challenge • Co-design new services with people supported, families, and professionals • Champion values-based, trauma-informed, person-led practice • Facilitate reflective practice and promote continuous learning • Support the design and delivery of staff development sessions and workshops • Participate in the organisational on-call rota (additional annual payment will be made following successful training) About You We are looking for someone who: • Understands person-led, trauma-informed, and rights-based support • Communicates clearly and coaches others to build confidence and competence • Builds trust and leads by example through everyday practice • Works collaboratively across teams and with external partners • Brings creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving skills • Appreciates both the challenges and rewards of frontline social care Why Join Us Partners for Inclusion is a values-led organisation that believes great support starts with great people. Requirements • SVQ 4 (or working towards), or a minimum of SVQ 3 with a commitment to complete SVQ 4 in Social Care/Management. • Experience in training and development is desirable, as is experience supporting teams through change, service development, or practice improvement. • Membership of the PVG Scheme. • Registration with the SSSC within three months of employment.
