Description
* Advising on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, estate administration, and succession planning
* Managing complex personal and family law matters for high-net-worth private clients
* Drafting and executing key documents and administering estates with care and precision
* Building lasting client relationships through empathetic and expert guidance
* Collaborating across departments to deliver holistic legal solutions and support business development efforts
Profile
* A solicitor or equivalent with solid experience in private client work (0-4 PQE)
* Comfortable with drafting wills, setting up trusts, estate administration, and drafting PoAs
* Warm, client-focused, and able to build trust with individuals and families on sensitive matters
* Organised, proactive, and capable of managing matters with autonomy and attention to detail
