The Role
As Service Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a team of support staff across 2 locations of Ripon and Thirsk.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding policies, and health & safety standards
Oversee quality assurance, contractual compliance, and service development
Be a visible ambassador for excellence in care and operational leadership
What We’re Looking For
✔ Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to achieve)✔ Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills✔ Proven experience in managing registered services and delivering compliance with regulatory standards✔ Experience in a supported living setting supporting individuals with care needs
