We require a motivated individual with clerical experience, to work within the Sexual Health Department. The post holder will be expected to undertake professional and confidential clerical duties within the Unit. The post holder will be expected to work evening shifts as required.
Key responsibilities
* It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, being able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as working as part of a team.
* You should have good keyboarding skills and able to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within a timescale.
* To meet the needs of the service, the successful applicant will be required to vary the pattern of working hours and will be required to work in a variety of locations.
* The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
Hours and compensation
As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
