We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Junior Sous Chef to assist the Executive Head Chef in leading The Headland Kitchen team.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a Senior Chef de Partie seeking a new challenge or a Junior Sous Chef in a smaller establishment looking to progress. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of daily kitchen activities and uphold The Headland’s reputation for food quality.

Salary and Contract
This is a full-time, permanent role based on a 48-week schedule, working five days out of seven, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
