What You'll Do
* Deliver practical workshops in mechanical and electrical engineering, including installations, systems, testing, and safety procedures
* Share your real-world industry experience to make learning relevant and engaging
* Teach supporting classroom theory sessions
* Enhance our curriculum with your knowledge of engineering applications, including pneumatics (advantageous)
* Work with colleagues and local employers to ensure our training reflects industry needs
* Support students in achieving industry-standard engineering qualifications and certifications
What We Need From You
* A Engineering Degree or Vocational Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering/Electronics, or a closely related discipline (City & Guilds, EAL, HNC/HND, or equivalent)
* At least 3 years' recent industry experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
* A good working knowledge of industry standard
* Experience or knowledge of pneumatics is highly advantageous
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Willingness to complete teaching and assessing qualifications (fully funded)
