Salary: £35,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Exposure to AI-driven analytics or automated performance triggers. Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar (advantageous but not essential). Proven experience in a data analyst or performance analyst role, ideally within a contact centre, claims, or insurance environment. Strong analytical capability with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify patterns, risks, and anomalies in data. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate large datasets and build required reports. Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, simple, and commercially relevant way to a non-technical audience. Experience working with telephony data (e.g. call volumes, abandon rates, service levels) and operational performance metrics. Confidence to challenge stakeholders and influence change using data-led insight. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
