Key duties include:
* Directing site traffic using clear signals and instructions
* Ensuring safe entry and exit of vehicles and deliveries
* Maintaining pedestrian safety around moving vehicles and machinery
* Communicating with drivers, site managers, and operatives
* Monitoring site access points and enforcing safety procedures
* Reporting any hazards or incidents
Requirements:
* Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman certification
* CSCS Card
* Good communication skills
* Awareness of health and safety regulations
* Ability to stay alert and work in a busy environment
