Pay: £95–£110 per day

1. Experience working with children in some capacity (tutoring, coaching, volunteering, etc.)
2. A genuine desire to support young people or pursue a teaching career
3. Strongmunication skills, patience and empathy
4. A proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a busy school setting
Your new roleAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be placed in a secondary school across Manchester from September 2025. You will work closely with classroom teachers to:
5. Support one-to-one and small-group learning interventions
6. Help plan, prepare and adapt teaching resources
7. Provide pastoral care to build student confidence and independence
8. Assist with behaviour management and maintain a positive learning environment
