The Opportunity
A respected multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking two Graduate Project Managers to join their Birmingham-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a degree in Construction Project Management or a related discipline to gain exposure to a wide variety of hotel, leisure, and logistics refurbishment projects across the UK.
You’ll be working within a collaborative, high-performing team delivering projects from inception through to completion for a range of commercial clients. The role offers genuine long-term career progression, professional development support, and the opportunity to work with experienced industry professionals who will help you achieve your chartership (APM, RICS, or CIOB).
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of multiple refurbishment and new-build projects across the hotel, leisure, and logistics sectors.
* Work across all project stages — from feasibility and tendering through to contract administration and handover.
* Attend client and site meetings nationwide, producing progress reports and managing stakeholder communication.
* Assist with preparing and managing tender documentation, contracts, and project programmes.
* Contribute to project budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring.
* Work independently when required while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
About You
* Degree qualified in Construction Project Management or a related discipline (RICS accredited preferred).
* Ideally, some practical experience within a consultancy or construction environment.
* Working towards or interested in pursuing professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB).
* Confident communicator with strong organisational and client-facing skills.
* Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
